Planning for Success: A Productive Working Session with Consultant Mr. Lim Phai from VBNK

On November 13-14, 2023, the CHEC team had the opportunity to participate in a two-day planning workshop with consultant Mr. Lim Phai from VBNK, a leading Cambodian NGO specializing in community development and capacity building. The workshop was held at the Olympia hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and was a highly productive and informative experience.

Mr. Phai is a highly experienced consultant with a deep understanding of planning and project management. He has many years of experience working in the social development sector in Cambodia and has a proven track record of success in implementing impactful projects. He was able to quickly grasp the scope of our project and provide valuable insights and guidance.

During the workshop, we discussed our project goals and objectives in detail. We also brainstormed different strategies and approaches to achieve our goals. By the end of the first day, we had a clear roadmap for moving forward.

On the second day, we focused on developing a detailed project plan. We identified the tasks that needed to be completed, assigned responsibilities, and set deadlines. We also developed a communication plan to ensure that everyone involved in the project was kept informed of our progress.

Throughout the workshop, Mr. Phai facilitated a productive and collaborative working environment. He encouraged open discussion and helped us to reach consensus on important decisions.
